WHAT'S NEW FOR 2014/15: The folks at Marquette Mountain in Marquette have been very busy over the summer. They have marked nine new gladed runs for this year (runs through the trees). Snowmaking capacity has been increased with the purchase of additional snowmaking guns and work continues on a new terrain park layout. In addition, Marquette Mountain is adding more weekday hours by opening at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. (906) 225-1155 or 1-800-944-SNOW.

Alpine Park - 3 New Super Quarter Pipes - More Rails - Reality is that Marquette Mountain is the leader in offering the most challenging terrain parks to it's skiers and snow-boarders alike. Nobody else can claim that. Hosting three "big air" competitions this year, leading up to our Midwest Extremes on March 22nd. Our Freestyle Camps are open to borders and skiers alike.

Snowmaking: Marquette Mountain adds 14 SMI Wizzard snow guns to it's fleet of snowmaking machines giving it 30 snow guns total! These 14 guns are specially designed to make snow in the mid to upper 20 degree range. This purchase should cut the time making snow in half, providing faster coverage and allow the Mountain to open faster.
